Mission & Goals

Unite2FightParalysis believes that the cure movement needs the following to achieve its goals:
  • Unification of all those affected by paralysis and working for its cure;
  • Education for advocates and their audience about the science and politics of achieving a cure;
  • Visibility for both the problem and the solution delivered to government and private industry to garner their support for a cure.
  • Our mission is to unite and empower those physically disabled by paralysis, their families, and their supporters.  We commit our skills to provide resources, tools, information and activities to strengthen the cure movement, with a particular focus on helping survivors of paralysis to advocate for themselves.  We further pledge to support the efforts of other organizations committed to the same objectives. We are committed to a “fight to the finish” that will bring full recovery to survivors of paralysis.

    Unite2FightParalysis believes that setting and achieving goals is a dynamic process.  As one objective is met, new goals are created.  We are committed to taking steady, continuous steps on the long road to achieving our
